Did you talk to the egg? Every egg that I have bought, only seems take about 5 sim-hours to hatch. You can mouse over it and see the timer. But only after you have first talked to the egg and/or picked it up.

That's every world in a nutshell. You set your expectations too high.

Right. I mean, look at Monte Vista, that came with what? A brick oven and like 2 new harvestable trees. And a world. Even if you don't like the world, you can still use the stuff they come with. I never play Monte Vista, but I use the oven and plants all the time. And I predict I will be using the dragons & archery too. (Probably not in DV though.)

I'll have a resort yacht that travels from island to island in Sunlit Tides, captained by a pirate half Werewolf, half Alien and his dragon companion! Razz YEAH!

I like the outfits that come with it, but other than that, meh. It's definitely a nice looking world, but still, not the greatest, and I'm glad I didn't have to pay for it. XD

Honestly, in my opinion, Dragon Valley should've been an EP for The Sims 3: Medieval...

Amen.

Know what Sims needs? An expansion pack with guns. And explosions. And exploding guns.
