Sims 3 Into the future not working. [SOLVED]

Hello,

I installed Sims 3 Into the future, and used the crack from the ultimate fix. Everything is normal, I even have a desktop icon from Into the future. But when I launch the sims, I see by the small icons from all the expension packs, Into the future, as if it is not installed. But I actually did. When I start the game, it works fine, only I get the screen from Movie Stuff, and not from Into the future. How can I fix this? Help

Your issue is in directly correlation with either using a old, outdated crack or putting it in the wrong folder. I had this exact same issue myself in the past! I strongly urge you to do step 2 - 5.

I tried everything, but it still won't work. Well the thing is, the whole game works, only it seems the sims does not see that I installed Into the future, but I actually did... It is really strange. I installed Movie Stuff only a few minutes before into the future, and it does recognise Movie Stuff, but not Into the future.

I am having the same issue. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the base game and all expansions following the instructions at the link above and it still does not see that I have Into the Future installed.

***UPDATE*** I got it to work. I installed the crack from the Into the Future EP download, NOT the crack from the Ultimate Fix and the game shows up again and I am able to play.

Alright! I really have to go to school now, I am allready late haha. I'm going to try it when I'm home tonight! I hope it works!!

Hello all,

Please go here and redownload the Ultimate Fix! We unfortunately found out that an old, outdated version was uploaded (those darn mice chewing cords!). Once you download the new version, apply the contents from the #Crack folder and test your game then. Sorry for any headaches and inconvenience this has caused! This Ultimate fix SHOULD fix your game and have it running perfectly!
