World Adventures patching won't work. [SOLVED]

Hello, 
I've been having this problem installing World Adventures. I just installed TS3 so now I have to patch it to install World Adventures, I did exactly as the Installation guide said with changing the map to the patch and replacing the files. Now I'm at the Crack 3 part and am supposed to click on the patches to patch TS3 but this pop-up always appear and says ''Invalid file'' and so it won't patch & I cannot install the expansion. 

I just have TS3 installed and no other expansions or stuff packages as I want to follow the order to install them. 

Would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem!

Please don't follow any installation guides in any torrents. They are ALL outdated.

Before installing the World Adventures, download and run the manual patch first (meaning doing step 2 of the post first). After that, you can go on and install World Adventures and do step 4.

Please bear in mind that you must install at least one of the expansions mentioned in the guide, or else the game won't work!
