I am looking for some trusted pirates from which I should download from, I am particularly looking for some guys (or gals) that focus mainly on games or has a large game collection. Thanks!

Hello Phantom,


I generally look on Piratebay whether an uploader has a skull logo next to his/her username. That indicates a trusted/VIP uploader, and is in most cases a good indicator that the quality of the torrents is good. But in addition, you might also check the comments section of the torrent(s), for any additional notices or tips.

One uploader I've been pirating stuff from is "nosTEAM", for instance. But there are numerous others too...

OK, I just looked them up again (nosTEAM), and their actual Piratebay account was removed...? Several other users though uploaded "in the name of" nosTEAM. Well, I guess you should forget about my post then, lol.  Facepalm

Just go for someone else with a skull logo. Very Happy

I just googled that and I only found an indirect notice (on reddit, lol) that "the general public shouldn't bother about this, because the reason is not public". In cases like that, you can bet that something or someone  Censored up pretty bad. But again, in the past, I never had any issues with their releases.

Thanks for your help. I have actually used them before but it has been so long and I forgot that they even existed. (I also asked if they had a website because I goggled them and Censored was the top result so, but no matter.) Thanks again.

Yeah sorry, but this is one reason why we keep repeating to people NOT to post twice in a row (use the "edit"-button instead if you want to add something to your original message !). Your question about the website showed up at the same time I wrote my reply, seemingly. Things like that only make things a bit more confusing, because you usually read "forwards" (i.e. look if something shows up AFTER your post). In cases like yours, I need(ed) to read "backwards" and check the older posts if something was modified. But it's OK.

Besides, I'm not allowed to link directly to such pages anyway. But feel free to go for any other uploader with a skull then. Good luck !

For as far as I can remember, that is indeed their website. I used to look differently, if I'm not mistaken... (It's a long time ago I last checked though)
