trying to install university life [SOLVED]

I keep getting this message while trying to install university life "$installvolume/skuversion.txt" what does this mean?

Is that the complete error message? Or does it say anything else? Posting a screenshot of the error would be best.

And did you download the base game also from here? What other Expansion Packs do you have installed?

That's the complete error message, and I didn't get the base game from here but I have downloaded other expansions and they've worked fine. I have the ultimate crack and everything, and I'm installing in order

@Raiiven195, as you say you have a Mac, I moved your topic to the 'Mac Support' section.

Are you following this guide to install the Expansion Pack?

I see. In that case, your best bet would be to wait for a Mac Specialist to come and help you. Maybe try repeating the steps of the guide meanwhile, in case any of them went wrong.
