Computer Crashes after trying to download Sims 4 rar

This is the fifth time this has happened in two whole days, I need help I even uninstalled Sims 3 (Because I thought that was the reason why my computer crashes) And it's still the same, Someone help me please Sad

Hello again,

Can you be more precise with what happens on your computer, exactly ? Smile

Are you getting an error message of some sort ? Also, is this happening when you download the stuff from the internet (with a torrent client) or when you actually install the stuff ?

Many people mix up "downloading" and "installing", although these are 2 totally different terms. Downloading is the process of basically "getting something from the internet, onto your computer". Installing on the other hand, is (usually) the process of using the finished download, so that you can play later on. Installing usually requires something that has already been fully downloaded.

I was downloading The torrent and every time I do so my computer crashes, When I downloaded The Sims 3 Torrent and 3 stuff packs and 3 expansion packs, this never happened, I'm just wondering why it's doing this...

That's not normal, and I would say now that something is wrong with the hardware of your computer, and it needs a repair, so you may want to consult a computer repair service for that.

At this point I cannot really tell you more, but are you getting a "bluescreen" by chance ?

After you restart the computer, you should get a window notification about the bluescreen, wih some information on it. Can you either post a screenshot of the window or copy & paste the details here ?

But probably, there isn't much I myself can do for you. You will probably n eed to bring the computer to a repair service and let it checked through. Sorry.
