How to Fix Glitch

Things like that are very often caused by incompatible mods and/or corrupted custom content, So do you have any such mods or custom content installed ?

About the snubbing, what are the traits of that sim ? Also, that may be caused by corrupted custom content too.

And a 'rabbithole' is a lot which your sims can enter, but you cannot see what exactly they do in there. For example, the supermarket is (usually) a rabbithole: your sims enter the building, but you can't see exactly what they do. Other rabbitholes are the science building, the police station or the sport stadium. 

On the other hand, "normal" (= non-rabbithole) lots are lots where you can see what sims are doing. For example, on residential lots (houses), you can see sims inside them and what they do. Another example is the fire station.

Yes, I used 3 mods from Twallan. Overwatch, StoryProgression, and MasterController. I used it because I has ever read an issue about this topic and one of the player used these method so I followed it. But it can't resolve this problem. I downloaded the mod correctly for the series of sims. My sims version is 1.67, so I downloaded the 1.67 mod. What is custom content? I only installed TS3 base game, all the EP and SP, and these 3 mods. What should I do? Anyway, I followed the instruction how to install it, and the run smoothly. Perharps, is it maybe that this kind of error because some parts don't installed correctly? 
Trait of my sim are neat, discipline, genius, and computer whiz. The other sim's trait are athletic, absent-minded, good, and flirty. They already dated since the prom. But, after a while, if my sims and her gf met, they'll start to snub. But if I met the other teens my sim wouldn't snub. So it just between me and my bf. What should I do? Is there anyway to fix? 
Thank you for the explanation. That's really makes me understand. I want to ask, since this maybe related to rabbithole. The school's town and stadium's town is in a place. (I'm at Moonlight Falls). I don't know why my kid won't go to the badge ceremonies, and when I clicked the school, it has no option to attend the ceremonies. Is it related to rabbithole? Is there anyway to fix it?

I honestly don't know about the thing with the snubbing - I would take it as it is.   About the badge ceremony, doesn't that come up automatically, when sims graduate ?
