rldorigin.ini is missing. Can't find it ANYWHERE.

So I was trying to uninstall The Sims 4 in my laptop because it's getting a little bit.. laggy. As I was uninstalling it, there was an error that rldorigin.ini can't be found. Indeed, it is.

It's NOT in The Sims 4's folders. It's NOT in my virus vault. It's NOWHERE to be found. I'm getting a little bit annoyed. Please help me. Thanks so much.

..and also, I would like to thank you for letting me enjoy The Sims 4 for a long time. I'm broke, but I know I can still have fun. Thanks to you guys.

is the uninstallation not starting or is the error poping up in the middle of the uninstallation ?
Did anything got deleted or works Sims 4 just as before ?

No, as far as I know, nothing got deleted. My laptop works like this: Turn on - Play Sims 4 - Turn off.

And yes, it's popping up in the middle of the uninstallation. Please help.

Have you ever got Origins installed on you Laptop ?
If so, make sure its not running while uninstalling.

Hi, try to move or delete your RldOrigin.ini then uninstall the game again. I successfully uninstal ts4 by using those method. Hope it might help.

Well, news flash: I don't have that file anymore. As I have posted, RldOrigin.ini is missing from my The Sims 4 game folder. I saw that thread, and it didn't help me, since that I don't got the file. And how can I reinstall? I might do that, but I don't know how.

I know that the rldOrigin.dll is inside the Ultimate Fix.
Just download and apply it. Maybe it fixes you problem.

Your anti-virus software most likely removed the file. (False-positive)
Seems like the Ultimate Fix already fixed your issue though.

Nope, but thanks so much.
My step dad helped me, and he said that it's a 'write' file. Or was it something else? I know that he said that it can only be read.
