anyone know about FLash?

Um sorry if i post this wrong, seemed off topic to me, but my problem is i have a flash template i downloaded.  it came with a contact forum which i know how to remove but instead i wanna place a gallery and i have no clue how to.

just go to the folder: ...\flashmo_277_fluidity\photos and change the pictures.
and make chore of respecting the formatting of the names and dimensions of the pictures.
