Interactions not working - slow fix.

I have around 1000 mods.My first suggestion is you delete any old mods you are not using.It might narrow your search down.
Move your mods out of the Mods folder in My documents.Run the game.If its working you gotta hand-filter all of your mods to see which ones are bugging your game.
To do it faster and easier I created a little sistem for myself.
I created a folder on Desktop->Mods (placed my mods here)
Devided it into two separate folders->1(cca 500 mods)
                                                ->2(cca 500 mods)
Devided both folders into ->1(cca 165)
                                   ->2(165)
                                   ->3(165)
And in the end devided those folders into a,b,c,d(each one aroud 40 mods)
So I have to check several folders with 40 mods instead of 1000.Its not a great solution but it is one.

Other than that, splitting up the stuff is still a nice trick. Personally, I would suggest to not use so many mods or CC; that way you don't have that much work to do, when a new game patch or expansion is released.

Maybe you can (or should) re-write or improve/elaborate your opening post a bit more (before I move it), but I don't really know what exactly can be improved though.
