Sims 4 Won't Load (No expansion)

Hello, first of all thanks for sharing the game and answering the forum posts
Second, i downloaded the game yesterday and had trouble making it work but i finally got it excludling the instaled files from the AV and got a good play for around 2 hours.
Today when i tried to play for some reason i can't anymore, i get the game to load and all but the screen won't get past the sims green diamond spinning stuff (this happend yesterday until i exclueded the instaled files in the AV)
I have done all i could re-applying the hack, excluding the folders again and all but it wont work (also i don't know why it worked yesterday but it can't now)

Hello and welcome to the forum @Finkregh,
It is possible that your anti-virus simply doesn't accept your input. What is your Windows version ? 7, 8 or 10 ? And what is your anti-virus software ?
Also try this: navigate to Documents\Electronic Arts and change the name of the folder "The Sims 4" into anything you like. Just change the folder name. Then start up Sims 4 again, and try the game once more.
P.S. do you have Origin turned on possibly ? Note that Origin must be COMPLETELY turned off, before you play a pirated Sims 4 game.

I'm using windows 7, and Avira as AV, i don't have Origin (not that i know anyways)
Yesterday i could play, after changing the folder name (got stuck twice but in the end worked, i could copy my saved files and all) today i can't play again for some reason, when i change the name or delete the "The Sims 4" folder in Documents/Electronic Art the game works but i don't have my save file, after i exit the game to copy my saves the game won't load (crashes in the
)
Also each time i change the folder name and start the game it creates a new "The Sims 4" folder

Can you try the game with making a temporary new savegame ?

When i change the folder name i can play a new game, after i close the game and reopen it i can't play anymore (gets stuck) i need to change the folder name again in order to play so no save game aviable ever :'( and it takes fun to start new game each time
