City Living - Travelling stucks

Installed City living. Game works fine just playing my sims at the apartment lot. However, if my sims would to travel to the Gym etc, 
the screen will just load forever with the plumbob actively turning . And i could only force exit the game by triggering the Task Manager. 

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

This also happened to me some weeks ago. Try lowering your graphics to "LOW" and try setting screen resolution to your monitor resolution. Also, this often happens when I send lots of sims to lot with lots of sims such as GeekCon, Spice Festival and Humor and Hjinks festival.

I tried your suggestion and it does work on the SkyGym now. But when i try to load a household from Newcrest or even if i make a new household and then move in, the same problem still exist (stuck on the infinite loading plumbob  
 

Actually, I have uninstalled the whole Sims 4 and reinstalled it, after every expansion pack I reinstalled, I test them out and Newcrest household are able to move in and travel etc. But once i added City Living and tested it out, the problem arise. D:

Try it again, and how about this time to try disabling some programs to speed up the loading. This happened same to me when I was using Photoshop, I got stuck on plumbob for about 15 minutes but then I closed it, and the problem was fixed.
Also, try deleting something on your C: hard drive 'cause travelling uses memory.
