Hi, I'd like to request a lot from the gallery titled "cabin mansion (no cc)" by GraySands.

I can post link to it in the online gallery if needed.

Hi, 

I'm pretty sure I've extracted and added them to the correct folder destination:

C:\Users\jamdam\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

Yet when I open the game and try to place the lots they are "unable to locate" the lots.

Can you try running the game as Administrator (if you're not doing it already) ? Both lots show up just fine in my pirated game's "library". Also make sure to enable the marker "include custom content" under Advanced in the lower left part of the screen. Items using CC won't show up otherwise.

Hi, I tried running the game as an admin, enabled the custom content view in the library. I even deleted the files and copied them in again to see if that helped. 

This is how they show up in game:

Lot Requests. Librar11

And when clicked on this shows up:

Lot Requests. Cabin10

Lot Requests. Sub_ho10

I (think I) see the problem now. Please make sure you have ALL available cracked udpates for TS4 installed, including the latest "City Living" torrent. See the guide here:
