used the''* must read * How to install ..'' screen goes black

I installed my game as it says in''* must read * How to install .. ''
and when the launcher starts and I try to play the game, the screen just black.
And to get it off I have to shut down the computer. what am I doing wrong?

And I have all the expansions except world. And I have game version
10.0.96.013001 And I guess that is wrong? it says also that it is up to
date ... I saw that others had problems installing world after install
the other expansions.
Besides, I installed the games in this
order:(ofc base game first.) Town Life, Generations, Pets, Ambitions,
High and loft stuff, Late night, outdoor living stuff, Fast Lane stuff. I
think ..
