Decrapify Empty Decrapify

Can anyone explain how to ''decrapify" Sims 3 CC? I have been to many forums and I can't get a CLEAR answer. I end up more confused than before. Decrapify Icon_redface

Well EA's latest update for the game seems to block custom content that ISNT bought, and in order to get around this you have to ''decrapify'' as they say. I just have no clue how to do it. So I am just going anywhere with smart people who might be able to help. Here is a link that is the best I could find, but I just don't get it.
