Unable to Start

Hi, I just downloaded the torrent of the Sims 4 and gone through the whole process, but it will not start. I have read through the installation guidelines here and I saw nothing to help me. Whenever I click to start the app it sends me a message that reads:
Unable to start:
The contents of your user data directory were created by a newer version of The Sims 4 and cannot be loaded. Please update your game via Origin to play.

I even tried to add it to Origin and I had no options there too. Can anyone please help me out with this?

I just fixed mine by deleting the file "GameVersion.txt" in the The Sims 4 documents.

Is your game running now without the error?
@maleesi ,
You should not run origin when playing the G4TW version of the game. Instead, download the files here and see if the error is fixed. Remember to exclude your files/folders in the anti-virus/windows defender as well. Or turn them off completely.
