Wouldn't this throw out errors becuase of the modified pirated files? AKA the CRC for those would be different because of the modifications. But it might be useful to make sure the game files themselves are all correct tho incase you are running into problems while trying to play/boot the game.

Haven't tested it myself yet, but depending on the SFV checker software you use, I assume those files that do not match the checksum (a.k.a. the cracked files under Game\Bin) would actually be highlighted as such, and can therefore be ignored.

If you download the Games4theworld items and you use WinRAR for unpacking them, plus if you correctly added exclusions in your antivirus software/Windows Defender, there shouldn't be file integrity issues. Everything else that comes up is often a result of Windows (10) mucking up. I've seen myself that when moving the installation folder of TS4, Windows would simply not paste everything in the new location (see this). Re-applying the DLC fixed the issue though.
