Get To Work won't install.

I have just the base game downloaded now. I am trying to install Get To Work. It keeps giving me this error.....
What do I do? Thanks in advance.

Hi there and welcome to the forum! 
Have you tried extracting it with WinRar? Just like you normally would with the Sims 4 base game as well.
