TS4 Won't Install

When trying to install TS4 for the first time I keep getting and error message.
download.microsoft.com/download/B/C/3/BC31082E-81B1-48D5-AA89-96DD2B853126/vcredist_x64.exe

Try re-installing the vcredist...

You can find it on the "_Installer/vc/vc2010sp1/redist" folder 
                                "_Installer/vc/vc2013/redist" folder 
                                                                                                  (at least for me)
Just run it, select Repair or Install it.

That should work.
