Games freeze while creating dogs in CAS.

My freezes evertime i create dogs or later in te game changes theire clothing in cas. I have this problem al longer and instalt in that time more versions of the sims and the problems come back every time. i'ts only with dogs not with cats

Try removing mods - not just disabling, move mods files out of "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods". If that doesn't help run validator.

Seems clean. You can remove those "unknown files" just to clean up.

You can try deleting the cache. In "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" delete:
localthumbscache.package
*.cache files from "cache" folder (but don't delete the folder itself!)
all files from "cachestr" folder (but don't delete the folder itself!)

And then try again.

I have the same problem and according to EA Answers HQ, it's because my processor is below the minimum system requirements. With integrated graphics card, the game requires at least 2.0GHz Core2Duo. I have Intel Pentium N3700 1.6Ghz (up to 2.4GHz with Turbo Boost). Is there anything I can do? With Turbo Boost, it should meet the minimum requirements, which is 2.0 Ghz.
The game otherwise runs smoothly, I don't have any performance issues.

Not sure if this will help but you can try it anyway. Move Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder to desktop. If that doesn't change anything, run the validator and post the result here.

Apart from the hash mismatch (which anadius messaged me about earlier), I don't see any issues here. You could delete these surplus-Game-folders ("Game__", "game_seasonslatest") to avoid confusions.

Apparently, the ZLOrigin doesn't update the GraphicsRules.sgr automatically, and since so far our repacks are based on the ZLOrigin updates, you get this hash mismatch error. It seems you need to delete the file beforehand, and only then update through ZLOrigin (thanks again to @anadius for pointing this out!). I don't have the latest GraphicsRules.sgr at hand though, so maybe someone else can help you out on that end. To be honest though, I'm not sure if in your case it would make a difference. Feel free to try.

2.0 (1.6) GHz is going to be super-tight nonetheless, I have to be blunt with that. The fact that your game files seem to be OK (minus the GraphicsRules.sgr) could be an indicator of your hardware simply not being up to the task.
