Possible issue with mass effect 2

I downloaded, instealled, and seem to be playing the game just fine, but it when going to the prisidium, it only lets me go talk to the new admiral.
Is this a map error?

Also i cant get Mass effect 1 to work because the codes wont authorize me through EA. but no biggie. I'm not having problems with sims or anything i got all those issues figured out.

I'm just wondering about this map thing with mass effect 2. is it an area bug?

well i mean when i go to the citidel and try to get to the river for the krogan who wants fish, it drops me off next to anderson. but i can explore everywhere else like the wards.

also thinking about writting a new guide for how to play the sims successfully, people arnt getting it it seems

I'm not really sure about the problem; it was quite some time ago I played that game. (Although I bought the game collection and restarted the game)
It drops you next to Anderson, what's wrong with that? Can't you continue/finish the mission?

About the guide; I think it'll cause more confusion, since people don't know which guide to follow.

I believe this poster means to write a game strategy guide. As in how to make the most of your Sim's life.

As far as mass effect 2 goes. it had problems such as the whole, phys ex, but i got it installed and it ran, i updated to the new client, and it would not validate the cd key, so i had to crack it even more to get a modified .exe file to use to avoid the cd check, something you should mention in the install guide admin.
Note: using the alternate .exe file will reset your audio, ya need to reconfig to be safe, other then that mass effect works great now.

Mass effect 1 refuses to work still.

and I'm having no issues with Sims what so ever after installing my own fixes.

Well, if it was something that was necessary to be mention, we would. Though, the problem you get is related to you and not to everyone in general. I can not predict how the game will install and work on your system. All our downloads are tested prior to uploading. If they don't work, we won't upload them, obviously.
I'm glad it's working now.

Any other problems at the moment?
