The Sims 4 won't let me place a household on the map

Hey there!

First of all - I know this topic has been discussed here before - and solved. Well not for me, so I'm opening it again because the solution given before didn't work out for me.

So for what I can see this is classic - I create a household, and when I try to move it into one house the game suddenly crashes. Always. The game is fresh started, I'm not using any CC, and I'm working on Windows 7 64. This started to happen when I instaled the expantions from this website. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong about my PC because Dying Light runs perfectly and Sims 3 full of CC runs as well, it always had.

I saw other threads on which people gave a link with a new folder to download, well I tried all that but nothing changed. I wonder if this is something else, because the same thing is happening on my laptop (with Win 10 64), again the game was cool until I installed the expansions - different computers and software, same problem. So is definitely about the game.

Alternatively you can just delete your subfolder "Game" from where you have The Sims 4 installed, and then download a fresh one here:
https://is.gd/IuIv4M

Place that new Game-folder, where the old one was of course, then re-start the game.
