hi,

i am downloading and installing the sims 3 and expansions with the ultimate fix. But what do I need to do with store updates? do I need to install EA-manager? and do i need to reinstall everything? I'm new in this XD I'm dutch so could you answer me in dutch? only if you want Smile

Hallo,
Geen probleem Wink
De store updates kunnen op ieder moment geinstalleerd worden door ze te verplaatsen naar de map documenten\electronic arts\de sims3\ downloads. Zodra ze daar staan kunt u dan de launcher openen, daar zal bij de downloads tab een uitroepteken te zien zijn. Als u daar klikt krijgt u een lijst te zien van bestanden die in de downloadsmap geplaats zijn, vanwaar u ze kunt selecteren en via de launcher installeren.
EA downloadmanager mag, maar is in principe nergens voor nodig. Wel moet u dan de updates manueel uitvoeren.

can you please repeat everything in you saying here in english. i too am having problems trying to get the store to work. ive downloaded and moved files to c:\my documents\ea\downloads. pulled up the installer and nothing is there plz help

Hello,

In what format are they? If they are in .Sims3Pack format, just move them to: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads and then open the launcher and navigate to the "Downloads" -tab.
