PLEASE HELP!![SOLVED]

I downloaded the Sims 1 Complete collection and everything installed perfectly and then when i went to play it, it said please insert cd/disc. I tried to put the #patch or whatever its called in the programl files/maxis/the sims but it wont pop up a screen to "Replace" it it just creates a shortcut in the folder. PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello,
Make sure to copy the files to that location. It sounds like you accidentally picked the wrong option when you wanted to copy.
Don't forget to delete the shortcut.

Thanks very much! Problem solved!! I just had to copy and paste it in there thanks alot!
