Sims3Pack.CRDownload? [SOLVED]

I am installing the CC and two from the 2010, Jun folder - BeachCAS2Set and the EP2RegIncentive keep downloading as Sims3Pack.Crdowload files... They wont install into the game.... Any ideas appreciated! I have even tried redownloading them but get the same result.

the latest software updates and try again" but im as up to date as can

Redownloaded for the fifth time, finally worked! I caught it the fourth time, for some reason my Chrome was quitting the DL after halfway on those two files.
