anyone got complete tutorial for e commerce website

i`m thinking to create own website for sell medical item , something like glucose meter, BP test kid
glove, mask and bla bla bla

so i need to build own website.
so if anyone from here got experience or tutorial( complete) to build professional look e commerce website.

Well, you could use easy-to-use programs to create websites, like Office 2007 > Office Publisher.

Or if you have more experience, Adobe Dreamweaver is a very good program.
