Links not clickable for guests fixed. Empty Links not clickable for guests fixed.

Dear users,

I recently found out that links posted on the Forum (e.g. Ultimate Fix) could not be seen by guests. I found out it was caused by a board update, which automatically turned on the option.
For now, it's fixed. It might be turned on again in the future.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused!

Us helpers, and everyone higher, censor outside and unverified links, so that's something done purposely to prevent viruses or something else like that getting onto our users' computers. We encourage the sharing of information, but prefer to have links be checked out and safe before they go all over the place. Smile
