Aliens totally missing in game

So i have been trough all the seasons now, with 12 days long each, i collected tons of space rocks, i had my sim look through the telescope every single night, and still no sign of aliens in my game i don't get abducted nor i se any alien in town. Where are they supposed to be? seems i'm the only one having this problem?
edit: i use overwatch and the store fixes but i tried with and without it.

This is happening to me as well. I am even at the top level of logic and still no aliens. :-(

I didn't look through telescope and I had an alien ringing at my door twice, but he acted like a normal sim.

Hm... my teen got abducted the first night she used the telescope after Seasons was installed, and my genie caught them futzing around in her garden a few in-game days later. Haven't seen 'em since, though.

yes, thank you for the answers, i have done all the steps carl sims guide says, but nothing. So i finally made aliens appear with a cheat this is what i did:
1- used testingcheatsenabled true
2- shift click the mailbox and clicked "make me know everyone"
3- 4 or 5 aliens appear among the relationships panel, so i clicked on one of them, "invite home" and she came(all of them are females, strangely). At least that proved that even though they don't come autonomously to visit or abduct, they are in my game.

Hey, I'm having this problem too. I've also done all the steps, had my sim collect tons of space rocks, used the telescope all night for several nights-nothing. After placing +5 space rocks on my lot I did manage to have an alien visit after a few sim days, but no abductions no matter what I do..I'm thinking this may be a bug

Maybe it has to do with the world? which world are you playing in? i'm at moonlight falls. I'm gonna try sunset valley soon and check.

I tried Moonlight falls, Sunset valley AND Sunlit shores...Same result
