My sims are completely unable to change into outerwear. Is this another issue to be resolved with the Store Fix or is it something else?

Are you using any mods or cc? I'm not sure if they would effect it, but it'd be worth a shot to remove them.

No mods and no CC that would influence Outerwear. I can make the outfits and everything but I'm unable to actually change the sims into them.

Hello,

But you might want to try removing ALL your Mods and Custom Content first, just to be sure.
