custom world crashes when is loading

When my world is loading, the game crashes and returns to the desktop

And when I install a sims3pack more extras then this world is to load only that it takes a very long time and the game is stuck

It's a custom world? Where did you download it from? From the The Sims 3 Exchange?

Hello,

Well, it installed fine but when it was loading it crashed at about 60% and then it took a while for the pc to recover.
Admittedly, I did not install any of the extra lots except the rabbithole rugs because normally you wouldn't have to once they're placed in game, but I'm installing them now to see if that makes a difference at all.

Edit: It does not. I notice you've used a lot of custom lots, have you used these lots before in any of your savegames?
