Down and up speed?

When i start to download The Sims 3 games, my download speed is on max, over some hours my download speed gets so low that it would take me days and even weeks to download it, and the upload speed is on max then. Is this problem related to my network or something, I'm using uTorrent 3.2.3 and the settings are on default, can i fix this somehow?

Are you downloading all of them at once, or one at a time?

Any idea what your internet speed is, or well even type, DSL/Cable(Broadband)?

Does this happen the majority of the time while downloading torrents?

Are there other users on your internet also?

Any other info you might feel like is relevant to your internet that you can think of might also help try to figure out where to start trying to do a solution for your problem.

One at a time, the up and down speed varies from time to time, and i guess i can't do much about that, but for a game like Sims it's worth a wait...

There is kind of problem is very subjective.

Can happen because of:

1) ISP capping limit burst.

2) Port blocked (Need to forward the port)

3) No/less seeder

4) Your internet speed is slow.

5) Your house got more than one computer. And when you download a torrent. One of your relative downloading file use another video. (Watching Youtube or something else)

6) Government block the website. (Where are you from?)
