Show us your desktop!
Herro, ahem... i mean hello! Have you ever wondered how others desktop looks like? Or maybe you just want to show it off? Well, well then this is the topic for you!
Not sure how to post your desktop? Just in case I'm going to tell you that!
First of look for this button on your keyboard: Prt Scr which is ( USUALLY ) next to F12 , on top of Insert , and next to Scroll Lock.
Now make sure there are no tabs/windows visible! ( After all we want to see your desktop not the windows that are opened!)
Then press the button Prt Scr. Now for example go to Paint and click paste ( I'm not going to tell you where the paste button is just open your eyes! )
After that click on Save As and upload it to an image hosting website, thing...thingy...
You can post MORE THAN ONE image! ( Because who doesn't like changing the desktop? )
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since I posted this topic , I'm going post the image first. Here's what my current desktop looks like : https://2img.net/h/oi47.tinypic.com/lds1z.jpg , ( Yes,yes girly girls are girly) I didn't put it as [IMG] since it's an 1920x1080 and wouldn't fit in at all...
Now it's your turn!

Hello there,
When I first read your topic title, I thought you meant posting an actual picture of your PC. Ah well.

Hello,
Nice idea actually! Mine is rather boring though lol. I like to keep it very organised and I launch most things from my start menu. It's been this way for at least as long as I can remember lol.

LOL
Mind you, I don't usually look at that purple screen since I always have a browser or a game open.

Oh Lady ElDi,
It's the combination of purple, Windows XP and a low-quality screenshot. Sorry.

LOL
Well I can help neither one, except for the purple. I am using xp and the screenshot can't get any bigger since the screen can't I changed nothing about it, simply pasted it in paint and saved.
I'm unfortunately still using a spare monitor which has a maximum resolution of 1024x68. A new monitor isn't exactly my first priority though.

Ahem... now to the point, since I made this topic and wanted to post something I just had to change my desktop a little bit ( I love doing it! )
I wanted something greenish , nature themed and CUTE! ( Gosh, I love cute things ) https://2img.net/h/oi48.tinypic.com/2d7yhi9.jpg , also changed my start menu button to Angry Birds

I would if I could, believe me. But my pc is ancient. I recently upgraded from 1 GB to 3 GB RAM and I'm now happy to try one more EP for TS3. I'm using only WA, AMB, GEN, Pets and Seasons at the moment and that was the max I could handle on 1 GB RAM. Other than that, only a single core 2 GHZ CPU so I wouldn't dare strain it further by installing win 7!

I have 2 GB RAM , with all the EPs and Diesel Stuff , without the Game Booster , it works quite fast for me

I bet you have more than a single core CPU though, and a better graphics card perhaps. After Showtime, I had to uninstall all stuff packs to play without horrible lag. But i didn't think it was that great, I took no chances and uninstalled both Showtime and Late Night because I had to have Seasons. I think I'll add University Life in a couple of days (unless my baby present himself before that ) and leave it at that.
My CPU almost meets the requirements for TS3 base game.

Re: Show us your desktop!
Alright, but I guess that mine is quite 'loaded'
There are quite a few games and applications I haven't used for a long time, but are still installed.. I guess I don't care so much about a "neat and clean" desktop - by the way that language is German.

That's mine for now. I had it set way differently a couple weeks ago, I like to change my entire desktop setup quite a bit, and make the icons work with what's going on in the background.
Now THATS cute :3
Thank you! I really wish I knew who made the picture originally, but I've never been able to find a source for it.

Re: Show us your desktop!
I'm kind of picky when I chose my wallpapers. I always end up searching for hours before I find a perfect wallpaper :p
