Yes as the title says, i cant, idk why of course. Everytime i want to save my family with my houseboat it processes but my family doesnt appear on my bin, also i cant share it. I click on the share button and it processes too but then i get a window saying "Failed to share *family name*. I need help please, my game runs good and smooth but ever since i installed Island Paradise its been a bit difficult to play, i was out of one problem and now a new one shows up, so please help me! Ty!

EDIT: Oh i forgot to add, i dont use mods cause all they do is cause trouble with your game, i only use the nointro mod and i have no CC installed, just store content.

Hello,

Usually the families are saved in "Library" folder of C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Please check to see if the folder is still there.

Hello,

Please try the following:

(1) Download Overwatch and Error Trap. (You may get script errors from Errortrap. But don't worry. They are just nuisances)

(2) Place them in Mods\Packages.
(3) Hold Ctrl+Shift+C and then type "testingcheatsenabled true" (if you have done that before, you don't have to do this. But if you have typed "testingcheatsenabled false", you will still have to type this command.
(4) Hold the same keys again and type "Resetsim *".
(5) Try to save your sims to bin to see if it works.
