How do I reboot/restart my entire PC fresh? [SOLVED]
I wasn't exactly sure where to post this, so I'm sorry if it's in the wrong section. Anywho I was wondering how I (this is really silly) reboot/completely remove everything from my PC. Start fresh, like I just bought it today and I'm turning it on for the first time. I was wondering how exactly I did that. I don't know much about computers at all, and I googled and it said I need a CD, which I don't have. So I don't even know if I can do it. I'm just very confused and it'd be awesome if someone could tell me if I can/can't do it or what I have to do. Thank you in advance for any tips!

First I want to make it clear: "Reboot" is not a correct word for system restore. "Reboot" means to switch off the computer and turn on the computer immediately, which is equivalent to "Restart". Second, you can try the following: Open up Start Menu and type "recovery manager" in the blank and hit enter. When the panel pops up, click system recovery and select recovery without backup.

If you have bought your computer, it should have come with some sort of CD/DVD with which you can "re-install" the OS. If you don't have that, you may want to re-download another OS, for example "Windows 7" from Games4TheWorld (see the link in my signature "G4TW torrent downloads").
I haven't done that too often myself (the last time is a while ago), but you should insert the disc and re-boot the computer. During re-boot, hold the key F8 or F12 and look for "boot from disc" or something similar - but correct me if I'm wrong, anyone.
