patch updates ... where to find them please

Does anyone have or know off a good reliable patch site for sims3 updates please? I currently have 1.62.153.024017 and id like to update to 1.63.4.0.024017 I believe is the latest.

If I try to do via the sims launcher right at the last % it tells me there is a invalid time and this happens every patch. So if anyone is able to help me out would be appreciated, so I can then put in the ultimate fix from here as per usual
