Unofficial Game Modification

Hello, I'm new here.  I have read and applied the instructions on how to install the sims 3 correctly 4 times and I have also read the posts on not have a program files (x86) extension.  I don't have any mods and all my expansions have been downloaded from g4tw.  My game is up to date with version 1.63 and every time I try to start the game I get the unofficial game modification error followed by a game crash.  After the first crash I used the ultimate fix and followed the video and written instructions exactly.  I followed the instructions on how to install all 3 times with no success.  I've been battling this for 2 days and I'm all out of ideas on what the problem could be so I am now begging you kind geniuses to work your magic.  Thanks in advance.

Please go here and redownload the Ultimate Fix!  We unfortunately found out that an old, outdated version was uploaded (those darn mice chewing cords!).  Once you download the new version, apply the contents from the #Crack folder and test your game then.
