No sound at all Empty No sound at all

Okay so I downloaded Sims 3 Into The Future from you guys and i'm 100% sure I did everything right..well there is no sound ingame.. no sims talking, no clicking sounds, no music, NOTHING

my audio works but it just doesn't work ingame! I tried moving my laptops volume up and down ingame and I heard the noise so it's obviously just the game

please help me thank you so much oh and I have a Macbook Pro if that helps Sad

Please take a look and try them and please let me know the result. If they don't work, don't worry we'll figure another way out.
