My Specs are here :-
Intel i5 - ~3.1GhZ
GeForce GTX 550Ti
RAM 4gb
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
My Problem is that whenever i try to run my newly installed call of duty black ops II
IT CRASHES
I Have Watched many solutions but can't quite get expected result!!
Plz Help!! Help

Hello Gamerzone59,

First of all, you need to answer few question.

1) Is it retail version or downloaded version? If you download it, from where you get it? (Link please)
2) Do you receive an error when the game is crash? (Any Error Code, BlueScreen, windows error)
3) Try to test your system, if it capable to handle that game. You can test at System Requirements Lab I believe your computer can handle the game. But to make sure, you can try test it.

4) How about your hardware driver? Do you've all updated? (Example: Graphic Card, Sound Card, Windows Update and etc)

Try to answer all of this question, and we'll try troubleshoot your problem Smile

Try this:

1) Right Click on your steam shortcut.
2) Select Run As Administrator.

Try it, let me know if it help you solve the problem.

I have selected that option in compatibility mode Hammertime
Still no progress the error is same!!! confused

Try change your system date and time:
change THE TIME ZONE TO +8.00 Beiginz etc
date to 14th nov 2012


Then try start your game. Start the steam with right click on it "Run as Administrator"

The only advice I can offer is to try to add the game to the DEP. And to wait for Admin if Narong's advice doesn't help.

Hello,

Not sure what could be causing this, we can try a reinstallation later.
Try updating your GPU drivers first: http://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers/results/57108

If possible, choose "Custom" and "Clean installation" during the installation wizard.
Don't forget to restart your PC after installation!

Just a small thing to add: this "timezone glitch" seems to have been resolved with the latest patch for Black Ops II. At least I didn't have to change my time zone, since I updated to the latest version straight away. So it works for me. Very Happy
