Infinite neighborhood loading screen: possible fix.

Do you have an issue where you choose a neighborhood and you get to the screen with the green loading bar ? And the loading bar never finishes loading ? Here's a common fix for that:
In most cases, this issue is caused by one or more incompatible or outdated "core mods". Examples of such mods are the "Awesome mod", NRAAS_Overwatch, NRAAS_ErrorTrap, NRAAS_Register or NRAAS_Relativity (and many more).
If you have several mods, make sure that they do not conflict with one another (you may have to do additional research about that on your own, to answer that question). Next, you have to make sure that ALL your mods are compatible with your current base game version.
Even so, this glitch can still happen: in that case you may have to filter your mods one-by-one. So take out a mod, start the game, see if the glitch is still there, and if yes quit the game, take out the next mod, and so on. This can be a very tedious process, but it's usually a safe one.
After you are finished with your mods, please delete the scriptCache.package file, located in My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3. When you then start the game, the loading bar should finish, but keep in mind that depending on your savefiles and your computer's performance, the loading can take up to 10 minutes !
