A small beauty

Hello people   

I'm very new to this site, so sorry if I make any mistake concerning the rules.
I actually made an account, because I would love to share a creation of mine with all of you.
It's been a really long time since I played Sims 3, but I kept a certain file from the last time I did, more than a year ago.
And that is a house. I don't remember what version of the game I had back then (probably something between 1.24 - 1.36), but I furnished it now on 1.67 and it works perfectly. 
I haven't used any CC, installed are : World Adventures, Paradise Island, Into The Future, 
Movie Stuff, Pets, Seasons, Supernatural, University Life and 70s 80s & 90s stuff.

The lot size is 30x30
The cost of the house is around 55.000
I built it on 477 Sunnyside Blvd in Sunset Valley.
