TS4.exe system error on startup

Basically, i keep getting this error on startup. I have added antivir exceptions to the whole folder and tried the ultimate fix. Thanks for help in advance.

Did you try re-downloading the Ultimate Fix? I suggest that you temporarily disable your Antivirus while you download it, to prevent that it deletes any file from it. Then, apply it again and let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Sorry, but this time I couldn't help but notice the other tabs that you have open in the screenshot. Did you actually download our torrent, or did you download a different one? Because in one you have open the RELOADED torrent, and the Reddit page suggests using the 3DM crack, right?

Oh, this is for yours. The G4TW torrent from piratebay, so I'm trying to solve this based on you guys. This isn't my first sims 4 torrent dl however, I've tried like... 4 others? Haven't tried the reddit method.

But generally, all the torrents give me the same error (I only say its the same bcause I obviously can't read what file is missing in that error window). So I'm guessing its not a download problem.

So, you previously installed and uninstalled other The Sims 4 releases before downloading our version? And did you make a clean uninstall of those previous installs? If you didn't, this may be the issue you are having.

Well, if by clean uninstall u mean going to setup and uninstalling, then going to the game directory to make sure the folder is gone... then yup

Well... not exactly.

I'm sorry, but I'll have to ask you to uninstall The Sims 4 once again. But this time, first download Your Uninstaller! Pro from our downloads website here:
http://www.games4theworld.org/downloads.html

Then, look for The Sims 4 on the list and click Uninstall. Select "Super Mode" and let it do it's job. If it asks you for anything, like deleting registry keys, accept and continue. After that's done, restart your computer. Finally, install The Sims 4 again (from our torrent) and let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Well... it was worth a shot. Unfortunately, I'm still getting the same problem. =(

Edit:
I tried the ultimate fix after that. Still the same thing. But, I did notice that in that jumble of symbols on the error window, it changed. Before the ultimate fix, the jumble ended with an 'EU'. After the ultimate fix, the EU is gone, but there's what appears like '***' (lol of all the things I find). This should be the same as the screenshot I provided.

Dunno if this knowledge helps..

I thought I'd mention it, so you'd know it wasn't a one-time occurrence.

Do you both by any chance have the Symantec Endpoint Protection software? If you do, it's possible that that is what's causing this error for you. Please, take a look here:

My suggestion would be to uninstall that antivirus and get another one, I'm sorry to say.
