ultimate fix problem Empty ultimate fix problem

Maybe this is a dumb question or I'm just missing something but I first tried to download sims 4 from you. And it didnt work since my antivirus was on. So i have turned it off and am trying to follow the directions to apply the ultimate fix to the sims 4 file. im trying to find the "“__Installer” folder to navigate to vc\vc2013\redist. But I cant find it. Hi there, and welcome to the Games4TheWorld Forum! Smile

The _Installer folder is in this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\__Installer. The folder you are showing us in the description is the one to install the game. You need to install the game first by double clicking the The_Sims_4_Setup.exe in that folder, and then navigate to the location above to find the _Installer folder. Wink
