Gallery Not Working

Hi,
I read the other thread by the same name and saw they were able to connect to the gallery by running ts4 and origin as admin? How do I do that? I have tried the other couple ways you guys have said to connect and it still will not connect. I have the most updated version you offer downloaded. Downloaded origin and made a fake account. The settings in ts4 is set to enable online connection. DO i have to register the game somehow with origin? It is running when I open up ts4 and still no luck. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks so much for putting ts4 out there for everyone. It means a lot!

To run Origin and The Sims 4 as Administrator, you need to right click each of the shortcuts (the Origin one first), and select "Run as administrator". Make sure neither of them are running before you do this. If you get an User Account Control message, just click "Yes". They should open normally. Just log in to Origin again and then open The Sims 4 as Administrator too. See if that allows you to connect to the Gallery.
