Hello! Just in case you'd like to know, Origin is on sale again... Some offers seem very reasonable in case you want to buy anything from them.

Thanks for this,
Although I actually found most games are cheaper on key compare codes
Although I did pick up SimCity for pretty cheap and I wouldn't of checked it out, so thank you!

I may be mistaken, but I guess this is basically an internet service (website) which shows different game offers by different sources/vendors, so that you can compare the prices between these different sources.
These types of services seem to be especially popular in areas which are...somewhat "foggy" and not transparent. Like travelling services for instance. Most people will have a hard time compiling all the information about different airlines/modes of transportation, accommodation possibilities and many other things. So they "simply" type in a few parameters into a website, and then the site shows you the "very best offers". Though I'm not sure about this kind of stuff. [/offtopic]
Anyhow, I'm not sure either about how widespread this kind of stuff is in the video game branch, but from my own experience the difference in prices between games can sometimes be dramatic. It doesn't happen very often, as the prices tend to be uniform mostly, unless it's a "special" time of the year (Christmas, Easter, etc.). In the end though, I think it's still worth a try (and patience) to compare prices.

I will look into it next time I am looking to buy games.
The Origin sale is over now, they still have a sale (as they do 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, he he he), but nothing special so far...
