The .exe file is not valid. Empty The .exe file is not valid.

when i try to run it, it results in a dialogue box saying that the .exe file is not valid. I know that its my fault but what is happening?

Hello and welcome to the forum @Julopot,


I split your post and moved it to the correct forum section. Smile  That said, are you sure your download of the manual patch did not get interrupted ? Because even if it interrupts or pauses just for a little while, it is already enough for the patch not to work. Try ensuring that your internet connection is stable, and re-download the patch.

You could even try downloading the patch with a different internet browser, too.

Hello it went well for a couple of days but now its hell. It crashes when i already selected house and made my sim, it is super annoying to say the least. im gonna reinstall it again to see if thats the problem. Any tips sir??
