Short answer: you can't skip surveys.
These "surveys" always promise stuff that looks interesting, but that's only a psychological trick. Most people like stuff that is "exclusive" and then do everything in order to get it. If someone wanted to share something with people for free, there wouldn't be any surveys. Instead, there will be a torrent or another direct download. Don't fill in surveys.

Huh From alot of website of private instagram viwer i do complete a survey but the page is saying incomplete!

I mean, if you want to believe in these surveys, then OK.
I strongly suggest that you don't do surveys, though. Even if they seem harmless, you won't get anything at the end - like in your case with the page at the end hat said 'survey incomplete'.

If an Instagram page is private, you're not going to be able to see the photos no matter how many surveys you complete. The only way to get access, is if the owner of the account lets you.
Those surveys are fake. Whoever tricks you into filling these out is probably receiving money for every survey that is filled out.

Nobody would use Instagram if you could simply view private stuff, just by completing these surveys. Imagine yourself having something similar, like Facebook. If you set the permissions so that only your friends can see certain things, wouldn't it be bad if other people can complete surveys and then see your private pictures...? I think it is very bad, and wouldn't be well-accepted.
