Oakwood Island

So, I've been working on this world for over 2 years now and it's finally nearing completion.
It has over 150 residential lots, about 2/3 of which currently have (decorated and furnished) houses. I've built almost all of these myself, with about 2 or 3 community contributions and no EA residential lots at all.
It has over 40 community lots, the normal rabbitholes and shops. And no, I could not be bothered to build those myself
I did however built the parks myself.
A large world needs lots of testing, so I've been playing that world extensively ever since all the rabbitholes were in place, just to make sure the routing was OK. I actually made it to the 4th generation before I lost my save games, but oh well.
If anyone is still interested in contributing, feel free to drop a line. I still have empty lots in various sizes
Anyway, here are some screenshots that I took yesterday.
This here is the island, screenshot taken from inside the renderpanel in CAW.
That's "me" discussing my favourite colour with my neighbour
It's a coincidence by the way, that this happens to be her favourite colour. I don't usually bother with "favourites" or signs, even.
And lastly, various shots from around town.

What lot sizes do you still have available? I will gladly build you a few with just base game and expansion items. I would use some nice CC but all of my CC is now in combined packages that would be a headache to separate for upload.

Let's see, I have a couple of odd lotsizes that won't be too practical, but I also have 20x20 30x20, 20x30, 25x20,30x30, 40x40,50x50, 30x40, whichever suits your fancy

Do you have a desired price range for the lots, because I might be able to come up with a couple of homes that might suit your needs.

Not really, I have all sorts of price ranges in the world, from not even 7000 simoleons to over 450,000 simoleons:)
