Blank Game Menu City Living Update

I had the previous ultimate fix on my old pc and saw that there was a new torrent with City Living included. I downloaded and installed that one, then transferred my save from the other computer to the new game that included City Living. Everything shows up fine, but when I open the menu, it shows a blank white window when I click game options. Also when I click save it just closes the menu with a red border around the screen. Is there a way to fix this? Any help is appreciated!

Hello and welcome to the Forum @xkenx1995,
Run the game as Administrator by right-clicking on the TS4.exe file and choosing "run as Administrator". Only use the TS4.exe file for now. And if you have any mods or custom content, please consider removing all of them temporarily.
You could also navigate to the location Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and look for the file localthumbcache.package. Delete the file, and try the game again.

Thanks! It turns out there was a new update for the mod that made everything work again. It works!
