Win 7 Home Security 2012
is such a fucking bitch to remove but I got it removed without having to go out and spend 200 bucks on Windows 7 Home Premium to reformat... If you have this virus or knows someone who has this virus... I will be happy to help and give you the steps to get rid of it.

Hello,
Why not give them anyway? It's interesting to know.
By the way, if you bought Windows 7 Home Premium, you can still reformat using your original key, no need to buy a new one. You only need your "Recovery Disk".
If you lost it, you can easily download a new one. (or buy a new one, not expensive)

well I couldnt do system restore because I didnt have a restore point due to the computer not being shut down enough and also my windows 7 and key is in South Carolina and ill never get it back and I tried to burn the copy that I downloaded from you and it didnt work... I went to boot from cd and it was just a black screen =/
//EDIT
here is what you do:
1. "Activate" it with the "3425-814615-3990" key
2. Kill it in Task Manager
3. Go to C:\Users\[User]\Appdata\Local and scroll down to the bottom and delete the xxx.exe file (xxx= 3 random characters)
3.2 in my experience I had to deny everything to it then allow everything back to put it in the recycle bin
4. Set your default programs to Microsoft Default
5. Then run your normal tune-up and you're done

Actually there got few software that can help you get your key back. In case you lost the License key/DVD case and etc.
I would suggest Produckey. It is free. http://pcsupport.about.com/od/productkeysactivation/gr/nirsoft-produkey-review.htm
Just download and run it. You'll see your key for Windows 7 and Microsoft office.
