The Sims 4 City Living really laggy

Hello everyone!
I installed The Sims 4 with City living following the instructions (except mine is not on the C drive) and I'm having a lot of lag in the game.
It happens mostly when I am fast forwarding. 
I don't know if the issue if from the Game4TheWorlds package,  the City Living DLC or something on my side because I used to play on another package made from someone else and I didn,t have this issue.

Is anyone else having lag too?

I would advise to get all game and expansions from the same provider.
Please use this guide to install the game correctly.
